Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website(s), platforms, content, products, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Pranos Fusion Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Pranos”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Nothing herein obligates Pranos to disclose confidential or proprietary information.

You represent that you have the right to submit such information;

Pranos does not guarantee confidentiality unless expressly agreed in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
